By accessing or purchasing from tindahan.se, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Tindahan, operated from Sweden. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products We sell food and consumable products. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We accept payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Delivery Order confirmation is sent by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our [Refund Policy]. Opened or consumed food products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property All content on tindahan.se (text, images, logos) is owned by Tindahan and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Tindahan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Swedish law.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. As a consumer, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se.
