Thank you for shopping at Tindahan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Ångersrätt)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request, or contact us at support@tindahan.se.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery (e.g. frozen and refrigerated food products such as ice cream, longanisa, tocino, hotdogs, and siopao).
- Perishable goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel, log in to your customer account and submit a cancellation request, or contact us as soon as possible at support@tindahan.se
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tindahan.se with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
